Welcome to Student Services & International Relations! Our team is dedicated to providing a wealth of one-to-one advising & drop-in appointments for a variety of academic and non-academic student inquiries.
We welcome you to join us with your questions about courses, enrolment, specializations, and your academic success! Either attend in-person drop-in advising, a virtual drop-in advising, or book an appointment on the calendar below!
Option 1: One-on-One Academic Advising Appointment with Ana or Marianna
Please scroll down and complete the Appointment Info section and the Personal Details section below.
You will be able to select your appointment date, time, and the location, based on the availability of that time.
Once you’ve completed both sections, please click Submit.
You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail once you book your appointment. If you have opted for a Zoom meeting, the Zoom link will be in the confirmation email.
Option 2: Drop-in Academic Advising Appointment with Ana or Marianna

Beginning March 10, 2025, we will be hosting virtual Drop-in Advising on Tuesdays and Thursdays

In-Person Drop-in Advising: Closed from May 1st, 2025 to September 1st, 2025
To attend the In-Person Drop-in Sessions, please visit the Student Services & International Relations Office (W263 – Schulich School of Business, Keele Campus)
Every Wednesday: 10am to 1pm
Please note: Students are taken one at a time in-person and online. Each visiting student will be attended to on a first-come, first-serve basis.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISING
International students can book a one-on-one appointment with our International Student Support Specialist for immigration inquiries, travel and transition to Canada, or other international student concerns.
You can also attend the online Q&A Drop-In Sessions for International Students.
