Undergraduate Student Advising

The Student Services & International Relations team provides a wealth of one-to-one advising & drop-in appointments for a variety of academic and non-academic student enquiries.

Please review the available appointment types below and scroll down to the “Appointment Info” section to select the appointment type which best serves your needs and availability.

You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail once you book your appointment.  If you have opted for a Zoom meeting, your dedicated Advisor will provide the details to you within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please note appointments can only be booked 3 weeks in advance.

In-person appointments take place in the Student Services & International Relations office on the 2nd floor of the Schulich building. Our office number is W263.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISING

International students can book a one-on-one appointment with our International Student Support Specialist for immigration inquiries, travel and transition to Canada, or other international student concerns.

You can also attend the online Q&A Drop-In Sessions for International Students.

PETITIONS/ACADEMIC HONESTY

Students seeking guidance on academic petitions, appeals, and academic integrity details are invited to schedule an appointment with the Student Academic Services Coordinator.

Please only schedule a petitions/academic honesty appointment if you have questions about a petition or academic honesty situation. If you have a question regarding your academics, please book an academic advising appointment instead.
